In relationships at work, at home, in groups, families and organizations, unworked Chaos and Conflict are often disruptive and destructive forces challenging our true sense of belonging and well-being.

In this highly experiential class, based on cutting edge Neuroscience, Hakomi Principles, and Complexity Theory, we learn and practice the skills that catalyze Chaotic energy into resonant creativity, connection and innovation.

In this space, the true value of our whole humaness becomes our lived experience and we are empowered to serve Life. We learn and practice the skills of transforming Chaos and Conflict into life affirming patterns that support the true value of being human in connection.

A practicing Buddhist, she is a certified Hakomi Trainer and Therapist. Mukara integrates Living Systems principles into a new model of Leadership she developed called MatrixWorksTM. The MatrixWorks model of Leadership rests on the foundation of the experiential Hakomi Method and is used in conjunction with an understanding of Groups and Organizations as Living Systems. In our approach, we can experience the emergence of ‘Group Genius’ that supports transformation of the individual and the group. “I would not have been able to survive my corporate role without MatrixWorks. Mukara's wisdom and healing ability are the best, especially for female leaders who are up against various uphill battles in the corporate world. What is amazing is that Mukara guided me to overcome obstacles in a very constructive way! I was even able to learn the most positive things out of the most dreadful situation. I hope MatrixWorks is available to female leaders in many countries.

“Coming into it, I wanted to connect deeply with other women in my community. That was accomplished, and yet what I feel surprised by is this deepening with myself around who I am and what I have to offer. I am pretty amazed at the depth that developed in such a short period of time, and yet it didn't feel like too much. It felt like nourishment for me, for one another, and for something much bigger than us in the world. I am really full at the end of this time.”
