Q&A – The Four Gifts of Chaos
Meet with Mukara on Zoom to discuss the upcoming Berkeley retreat.
The Four Gifts of Chaos
A 3-Day Immersion in Relational Intelligence, Embodiment & Working with Groups as Living Systems
taught by Mukara Meredith
A living systems approach to conflict, emotional aliveness, and authentic human connection.
This immersive retreat explores the hidden relational patterns that shape attraction, communication, rupture, repair, creativity, and belonging.
Through guided experiential work, embodiment practices, group process, enactments, and nervous system attunement, participants will explore how chaos, vulnerability, desire, and truth can become pathways toward deeper connection and vitality.
This is not a lecture-based workshop. It is an embodied, participatory experience designed to help people recognize the patterns underneath their relationships and reconnect with a more alive, grounded, and authentic way of being.
